Managing Partner
Alvin brings with him extensive experience in corporate finance, deals advisory, strategy and management consulting. He started his career in assurance with Deloitte & EY before moving on to Corporate Finance Advisory with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services advising clients across SEA.
He was also with QuantePhi, a leading boutique corporate finance firm, where he was responsible for M&A, corporate restructuring, fund raising and advisory work for number of leading corporates.
Alvin is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
Aznam
Shahuddin
Senior Advisor
Aznam has more 20 years experience in the Financial Sector covering M&A, investor relations, business & investment strategy and corporate planning policies and has held various Senior Management positions.
He was the Chief Financial Officer with Felda Investment Corporation and Director of Alternative Investment, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan(Malaysia’s Civil Service Pension Fund).
Aznam holds a Masters, Islamic Finance, International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance.

Toi Meei has more than 20 years of experience in finance, organisational restructuring, compliance, assurance, risk management, treasury and tax.
She has held various senior positions at large conglomerates and successful startups, advising senior Management and board of directors in the areas of financial management, corporate restructuring and risk management.
Toi Meei was Chief Financial Officer with Fashion Valet, TSH Resources Berhad, Ekowood International Berhad and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd
She is member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.

Senior Advisor
Danial has over 15 years of working experience in banking and finance. He started off his career with corporate finance division in ECM Libra Investment advising on IPO, equity placement and various other corporate exercises.
He was Associate Director with MIDF Investment Debt Capital Markets and Business Development. He completed several debt fund raising exercises ranging from sukuk/ bond issuances, syndicated term loan facilities and various other bridge fundings.
Danial was also the Chief Financial Officer of Impiana Hotels Berhad.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Major Economics) from the University of Melbourne.

Huang
SENIOR ADVISOR
Gary was an Audit Partner with Deloitte, an international Big 4 audit firm. He has over 22 years of public accounting experience in the audit of both private and public listed companies.
His experiences include audit and accounting advisory , financial due diligence, financial models reviews and reporting accountants work for IPO, TRO and other corporate exercises .
Gary has been involved, both as Engagement Partner and Advisory Partner, on numerous IPOs and RTOs engagements which include listings in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges.
Gary was a member of the Capital Market Advisory Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Kuan Yin has over 20 years of assurance and financial advisory experience and has been involved in due diligence reviews, financial projection review, review of financial modelling and statutory audits of public listed companies & multinational corporations.
She has been involved in cross border acquisitions, amongst others, in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India, France, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
She is a Member of CPA Australia and Malaysia Institute of Chartered Accountants. She graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy.
